Stainless Steel Adjustable Feet with Bolt Down Antibacterial Plastic Bases

We at Coldene Castors  have launched a new, innovative range of blue anti-bacterial bases with stainless steel stems for use as levelling feet for conveyor systems etc.

These are 99.9% effective against a wide range of bacteria including MRSA, C-Difficile, Salmonella and E-Coli and are certified by Bodycote Lawlabs. They are already used in hospitals and care homes but this technology has now has been incorporated into adjustable feet bases for the conveyor industry.

This new range has been developed to assist our food and pharmaceutical customers in the fight against bacteria.

 

The additive is homogeneously distributed through the moulded part and locked into the resin matrix, so it never wears off, unlike surface treatments. Furthermore, it does not employ silver technology so is not affected by UV light or by repeated washing and cleaning surfaces with non oxidizing cleaners.

We are adjustable feet experts and pride ourselves in being innovative and adapting designs where necessary to meet individual customer’s needs.
